The Idyllwild Pines Camp (IPC) summer staff is an 8-to-12-week experience which runs from mid May to late August with flexible start and end dates. The program is dedicated to offering college aged students the opportunity to serve in every aspect of the Christian camping ministry. Summer Staff position pays minimum wage, offers free room and board, and can be tailored to the students major and passions.

Summer Staff can step into leadership positions and assist full time staff as they facilitate our summer team in weekly bible studies through worship and devotions. As well as assist our Staff Support Team in facilitating our staff campout, chapels as well as other fun staff activities planned throughout the summer.

IPC believes our summer staff are our greatest ministry and we structure our summer experience in a way that allows our leadership time to invest in each participant.
